Warranty Information

Warranty periods and services may vary and are only a loose guideline.
Our warranty provides coverage only for manufacturing defects.

The warranty is invalidated in the event of any one or more of the following situations:

  1. Product failure from alterations, repairs done by yourself, a third party, or anyone other than a VenTech employee authorized to make repairs.
  2. Use of accessories or supplies other than those manufactured by VenTech.
  3. Failure, damage, or fault resulting from cause(s) beyond VenTech's control. This may include improper installation, damage caused by spillage, negligence, improper electrical connectivity, unusual voltage, heat, temperature, dust, corrosion, improper maintenance, chemical reaction, disregard for instructions, mishandling, tampering, theft, fire, vandalism, accident, fire, wind, lightning, flood, freezing, power failure, static shock, static buildup, wear and tear, animals and insects, foreign objects, unusual atmospheric changes, acts of war, and acts of God.
  4. Failure, damage, or fault as a result of software, computer virus, wiring or an electrical connection problem, antenna or reception problems, user performed adjustment and setting changes, structural issues, inaccessible components, negligence, and tampering or misuse (whether intentional or not).
  5. Failure, damage, or fault resulting from improper storage, haphazard transportation, incorrect ventilation, reconfiguring the product, moving the product, and improper storage materials and conditions.
  6. Failure, damage, or fault resulting from the transit or delivery of the product, packing or unpacking of product, assembly or installation of the product, routine maintenance, product dismantling, relocating and removal of the product.
  7. VenTech products in which the serial number has been removed, is illegible, or is from an unauthorized dealer. Serial numbers from products that are imported from overseas, second hand purchases, products sold as refurbished, or related products not directly purchased from VenTech or a VenTech authorized dealer.
  8. Products which have cosmetic defects or a reduced and damaged functionality. Products which are sold as display sets, open sets, with reduced lifespans, or previously used products.
  9. Use of the product that is not consistent with its intended design. Installation or modification of the product that prevents normal usage and normal service. Situations in which a reasonable manufacturer would deny warranty coverage of the product.
  10. Regular wear and tear resulting from normal usage, such as corroding, scratching, denting, rusting, and staining. Non-functioning parts including plastics and finishing on parts as well as lost or expendable items.
  11. Consumables, which are parts and components considered expendable, are not covered by the warranty. These parts and components are designed to be worn out through regular use during the lifecycle of the VenTech product whether the product is replaceable or not and whether it is a consumable from the United States or not.
  12. Consequential damages and losses resulting from product and equipment malfunctioning, damage or failure caused by repairs or replacement parts covered by this warranty. Failure, damage, or fault caused by delays in rendering services or parts that are not covered by the warranty.
  13. Failure, damage, imperfections, or fault as a result of misuse, abuse, equipment or product tampering, and continuous use or operation.
  14. VenTech products which are leased, used beyond normal limits, rented out, continuously powered, subjected to abuse, or put through extreme, abnormal, or unreasonable operating conditions.

Proof of original purchase from an authorized distributor is required in order to be eligible to make a valid warranty claim. This can be in the form of an order number or copy of your original invoice. This information will be used to verify your purchase.
